Rony, founder of Health Partners, has worked in the area of mergers and acquisitions and financial management in Brazil for more than 20 years, holding positions as CFO and COO of large companies, such as Cinemark, Lowe, McCann Erickson and Aster Petróleo.
As founder of HP, he led major transactions with Dasa, Kora Saúde, Hapvida and Rede D'or, among other highly relevant transactions.
Rony graduated from the University of São Paulo with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance and is fluent in English and Spanish

Felipe is CEO and Founder of Qualidade em Saúde S/A and Advisor to the Sky Technology industry, working in the dental medical market for 25 years.
He trained more than 8 thousand dentists in an entrepreneurship course, through the development of his 9 pillars method, validated by Trevisan.

Robson Maciel
Robson Maciel da Silva is director of audit and due diligence at Health Partners and has worked in the area of audit, mergers and acquisitions for over 25 years, holding management positions in large companies, Trevisan Auditores, PWC, Medial Saúde and Mackenzie.
As a professional, he led large transactions in the Fertilizers, Cement, BPO Services and Health segments.
Graduated from FEI-SP with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, FECAP with a bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Mackenzie with a Master's in Controllership and active certificate at the Regional Accounting Council.

Eduardo Cervone
Eduardo Cervone began his career as a lawyer in M&A and investment banking, moving to the healthcare sector in 2005.
With expertise in diagnostic medicine, healthcare management, medical clinics, healthcare providers and insurance brokerage companies, he has played key roles in startups and large corporations, focusing on new businesses, growth, turnaround and strategy.
He held several leadership positions at Amil, was commercial and relationship vice-president at Optum (UHG) and general director of the CDB laboratory (Grupo Alliança). He holds a bachelor's degree in Law from PUC/SP, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from EAESP/FGV, in addition to having completed an MBA from INSEAD (France).

Guilherme C. Moraes
Guilherme Cardoso Moraes is an associate at Health Partners and has worked in the area of mergers and acquisitions for over 8 years, holding senior positions in large companies, such as Ticket, Klabin and Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo.
As a professional, he led large transactions such as the Joint Venture between Fleury, Bradesco and Beneficência Portuguesa, as well as the merger between Itaú and Ticket, among other highly relevant transactions.
Guilherme has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is certified in Vancouver by ILAC College.
